Tapestry Pharmaceuticals filed their plan yesterday - only asset is a potential milestone and royalty stream off of TPI-287. 6 million in claims. Milestones worth 24 million if successfully commercialized. Last 10q shows 16 mm shares out - but its from 2007 so I need to track down a more recent number - perhaps the filing itself will show. Up significantly on the day, but that was all me - I think I've been the only one following this one.
