I'm still long but I'm Pissed!!!!

If you are also LONG and PISSED email Andy and Kristen today and let them know this has to stop...
Kristen

Please define “biweekly updates” for me please…does this mean every week there will be two updates? Or in your Language Kristen Jeffery does it mean when ever you feel like it?

Andy, this is simply another reason investors have lost confidence in our company. Is it your intension to make statements and commitments and in the very first week drop it entirely.

Please do what you state or don’t make such commitments in the first place!

Kristen,

I’m confused? Is today the Thursday you spoke about in your email? Sticking to a plan, carrying through on what you tell us would be a great way to get started! I need to see my money return to my account sooner than later!

Mr. xxxxxx,

I have loaned the Company $360,000 this year.

We are developing new medical devices.

The FDA is outside of the timelines for responding to our OTC product reclassification requests. The new post surgical product requests are on file and we are optimist that we will receive timely market clearance. Our biophysics consultant is finishing his report and we will file the chronic pain device in a few days.

The infomercials are taking longer than we projected but are not outside normal industry timelines. We did not renew Northern Response's agreement. Our web site is www.actipatchstore.com. We will be running the Canadian infomercials again this month.

We have more than adequate production capacity.

We have 7 awesome products and a solid pipeline of new products and we are very busy. We send out press releases as appropriate and we are reporting timely to the SEC.

Mr. Whelan,

With all due respect, as a shareholder (see below) I am feeling totally in the dark with little to no communication coming from the company. I have watched my $400,000 investment dwindle down to lunch money. MY fault that I have invested this amount of money into a penny stock company but when you see a strong possibility for a far greater return, you do what you think is best. Now, what are you and your staff doing to firm up our share price and the value of this company?

We as shareholders expect to be updates from time to time on progress. OTC up listing, the lack of available product on Northern Response, the apparent lack of production capabilities, sales outside the USA and lastly FDA status.

Please attempt to update your long-term still loyal shareholders and find a way to assure us that we will eventually see our investments return.

Respectfully,

Mr. xxxxxx,

Thank you for your note and support.

We just released a press release on the FDA status, copy attached. We are bombarding the FDA with additional information and new product applications.

Jesup & Lamont has filed the 15C211 form with FINRA to be the lead market maker on our stock. Jesup & Lamont has 300 brokers and 30+ offices. Given their size and position take did a complete due diligence examination before they attached their name and reputation to our Company. It has taken longer than we would have liked but we are confident that it was worth the additional time to get a strong supporter. Getting the infomercials going has taken longer than expected but we remain confident in our distributors to establish strong markets.

We have retained SS/PR for public relations, investor and financial press relations.

Mr. Whelan,

I am a shareholder currently holding just under 5 million shares at a cost of about .08 cents per share. Needless to say recent times watching my position have caused me to ask when will you have a product out for a huge headache? Just joking! But at the same time I'm serious about my concerns that information from Mr. Joe Noel concerning the upgrade to OTC and the additional filings are either premature or inaccurate.

I realize Mr. Noel is the companies IR representative yet his credibility and intentions are greatly in question. Can you personally update your shareholders with an accurate outline as to where the company stands in respect to OTC, FDA, Sales, New Product Development and anything the company considers important in an attempt to stabalize and potentially increase our share price?

Also please address the future of Mr. Joe Noel as the Company IR representative, there are a high number of rumors on the Internet that the company has replaced him yet we have not seen and response from the Company.

Respectfully,

Shareholder
