Here is some of her professional background from a bio announcing her hiring as CEO with SMPP:

I also did a quick search for Julienne Audette in Washington state and I came up with at least 4 individuals with the same name.

It also must be remembered that sometimes when an organization is sued the CEO/President is named in the suit. An example of this would be when a prison facility has a suit brought against it the Warden is the one that actually get sued, it is the Secretary of State for the states or currently Hillary Clinton when it is the federal government.

Companies are entities, if they are corporations. But a sole prop, partnership, etc are not separate entities and so she could be the named party in one of those cases.

Even if she is the same person and a suit was brought against her, there are tons of minor suits brought against people and companies all the time. A suit is nothing more than a disagreement between two parties, it doesn't mean that she did anything illegal or wrong, it simply means (if it is her) that she or her company had a disagreement with another person/company. If it was in fact the state of WA that brought suit it could of been for something as simple as a disagreement on a building structure.

Did anyone actually read the suit? If not, let us not jump to conclusions and assume that it must be something horribly wrong.

This does not need to be blown out of proportion and become a hot topic.
