Why do companies go public? Last I understood is they do this to RAISE CAPITAL! Every single public stock out there sells stock at some point (dilutes). And as far as this being a scam, what part of this is the scam you are referring to? Scams are typically a result of false or misleading information. We do not have any misleading information here yet. The company has revenues and has started to turn a profit from operations. Most scams do not have ANY revenue whatsoever! They just sell stock and provide no results. I do not mind a little dilution if it means the company will grow. What I do not tolerate is dilution and a bunch of empty promises of future revenues (which is typically the case with penny stocks).
