HERE IS THE POST FROM jaywolf52h on 1/18/2010 REGARDING THEIR VISIT TO XMDC:

THE MEMBER WAS: jaywolf52h
(and he even put up the picture of the Business Card he received)

I belong to a microcap investment group, with an emphasis on pinksheets. I personally purchased the stock last week at .04 and recommended it to the other members in my investment group on Wednesday. I was initially hesitant about my suggestion only because I knew the reaction I would receive once members did there DD and learned about the rumors. In pennyland there are lots of frauds. As I suspected the feedback was mixed, but included some skepticism. As the group has done many times in the past, we decided to send a representative to the company headquarters to get a closer look before making any significant buys. You would be amazed at the obtainable information occasionally discovered by simply walking through the doors, taking a look around and asking specific questions.

Although the group consists of members throughout the country, I volunteered to check out XMDC's headquarters in Sun Valley because coincidentally, I live in Southern California just 20 minutes away from their corporate office. The visit took place last Thursday, here is what happened:

I arrived at 10771 Sherman Way, Sun Valley, CA 91352 at 12:40pm. The office was no fortune 500 skyscraper. It was a modest office that seemed suitable to handle business, without the bells and whistles. The door had a sign taped to it which read "Please drop off all deliveries in back". I took this as a positive indication, as they were obviously receiving some type of large shipments and wanted them dropped off in their storage area/garages.

As I walked in a young woman greeted me so I told her I represent a group of private investors and asked if anyone would be willing to speak with me or if I could take a quick tour around their facilities. She told me their board of directors just left for lunch and were planning to resume the meeting for the remainder of the day once they returned. I offered to wait until they returned from lunch for a brief 2 minutes of any one's time, but like usual, I was shot down. I asked her if I could have her email address to put my request in writing so she could forward it along.
She agreed and wrote down her email address on the back of a business card that happened to be on her desk (I've attached a picture of the business card she gave me in the link below). I then tried to press as much information out of her as possible. She was very cautious about what she said and wasn't giving out any good info aside from saying they're very excited about the website launching next week.

I wrote her an email and have yet to hear anything back. Regardless, I did gain a few pieces of good information.
1) She confirmed they did have a board meeting on Thursday. Which tells me if that part of the email Rainmaker posted is true, then the other parts are also probably true.
2)There offices did not have a "fly by night" vibe whatsoever. It was obvious they're a well rooted and legit company.
3) I liked the fact they are expecting large deliveries being dropped off in their storage area.

Bottom line, I had the opportunity to sell my shares on Friday at .051 for a 25%+ profit, but I chose to keep my money in XMDC for the next few months...at least. I also gave a positive report to the other members, many of whom purchased shares on Friday.

If anyone lives in the SoCal area, I'd recommend stopping by and checking their headquarters out for yourself. Perhaps you'll be able to obtain more information that I did not. Even if you don't live in SoCal, for large shareholders it may be wise to spend a day of your life to fly here and see for yourself. It's literally 30 feet away from the Burbank Airport. You can fly in, walk across the street to their offices, then fly home. If you do, I assure you the piece of mine will be well worth the cost of a plane ticket.
