1. As to the first item (the RCMP complaint), it has yet to be proven. I think that UCA/CMKX have ground surrounding the Carolyn claims that they still control. Is that where the drill is set up?

2. This information seems to confuse TDEM (time-domain electro magnetic) with total field magnetic and vertical gradient magnetic surveys. FUGRO did the TDEM, and Goldak did the magnetic. The TDEM survey attempted to locate "non-magnetic" circular anomalies, similiar to the resistivity anomalies in the NWT.

The poster on RagingBull is completely up his azz when he states that CMKX knows from these surveys what minerals and how many kimberlites they have. The magnetic or non-magnetic circular anomalies can be caused by a lot of things other than diamondiferous kimberlite.

Remember? The first non-magnetic oreo they drilled turned out to be green clay, which by the way is conductive, and would cause a TDEM anomaly.
