I think it should be resolved today. XMDC would probably come out with a better share structure if it did go to trial. Sam does not have any kind of defense and would be held accountable for damages. Basically, Paul would get the Bio Harp free when the trial was over. My guess is that Sam was ready to settle before he had breakfast this morning. This guy is in serious trouble for his actions and today was his last and only chance to get paid before going to trial. But Sam has had some strange behavior. Only the gentlemen in the mediation room know how this week will end for us.
