I think RG didn't do his job, Maheu felt the same way and brought in his own people that he's done business with before. Maheu is in Vegas, His attorney is a hop and skip away. Maheu probably looked at RG and said enough billable hours. Time to move on. Right off the bat, the new guy comes up with, Why not just refile???

Because winning really is the only thing. Losers say everything else.
