Frankly it seems old Roger is getting the back door boot the way the company has handled it. I'm not convinced he was totally unnecessary but that is almost the impression I'm getting there has been absolutely no reference to what he accomplished.....? Seems quite matter of fact after some 8 months at the helm for Urban.

Business I guess I hope they parted on good terms Roger sure seems the unsung hero here IMHO.
