Greg, there is no "gaps and inconsistencies" between Ken's comments.

NASD U/4's and U/5's only request and list the last 10 years of the brokers experience. Your "gaps and inconsistencies" is the verbiage you choose to describe NASD reporting of financial information you are ignorant of.
