Excellent find Uz..Rosen got THJMW to authorize depositions as a last ditch effort to bill more to the estate. Now if only that were true. he said it was becuase of a proxy vote that could be requested by EC. When you add up all the time the lawyers billed for the depo's. I'll bet it was easily over 1 MIL.

As for the Article, it is very telling who the press was pushing for in terms of getting the banks. Mentioned the other 3 quickly and then went on to JPM. They were pulling for JPM , not Citi, Banco or Wells in this transaction. Right after this article was released, WAMU stock tanked and JPM stock took off !!! I posted a comparison chart yesterday..
