I posted my rationale for dilution earlier, it's a pink, with a message board, and paid promoters. Not to mention a CEO with a bad track record.

If you think any of these companies are real you'll lose money by being tempted to "go long". And averageing down is just getting played twice by the same con.

Talking to Berthold will not help at all, He's never going to say "sure it was a con, and here's how I did it".

When the smoke clears and all the info is in, you'll see the dilution clearly. At this point, you just have to assume it's there.
