YOU SAID . . . “I would not be surprised if the PPS retraced a little yet again as the sharks will not let it go until they get their fill. I have orders sat waiting just in case a few more “cheapies” come up.”

Your words speak for themselves . . . and they pretty much tell ((everything)). But not quite, as ((everything)) is located below!

PS: (I saved the best for last)

As everyone knows mining properties do change hands over time . . . NOT! until one gets drilled does one get to reap the rewards of all the past work. The Newfoundland Government and private business have a working partnership . . . as we just learned of when KATG qualified for $100,000 Newfie grant. It is just not the Newfoundland Government style to hand out cash grants without keeping records!

There are logs kept. These logs tell this poster several things!

1. Handcamp went from hand to hand since the ‘20s. It is the company who is willing to "DRILL IT" that gets to keep “all the marbles" when it does get drilled.

2. Ken’s Mountain was called Ken’s Mountain BECAUSE IT WAS! While Ken was with Cornerstone it was named the South Princess; there was a central, a North and an East Princess. None of us know if there was any agreement that when Ken left Ken’s Mountain was to go with him!

3. The Log records kept in Newfoundland Government files record many things. One of which is the temperature and weather conditions of the prospectors camping out at places like Ken’s Mountain/ South Princess / Rusty Ridge. And I have learned one thing! Along with my correspondence with Ken . . . many a frozen snow blown night was spent AKA (( "Colder than a Prospector’s A_ _ in the Klondike )) on all of these properties.

4. To assume without knowing the facts . . . well you know what that makes :)

WARANT I CONFIRMED IS A "SEED MONEY" ORIGINAL SHAREHOLDER IN CORNERSTONE:

Re: StocksGoneWild post# 53596 Post # of 98397
I never dig around in the woods for rocks, the only rocks I picked was to lay the kettle on when we were cooking up. lol
Ken is one of those guys that when he does something he gets right into it not just fan over it but dig deep and try his best.
As for Cornerstone when people say Ken influenced Cornerstone that is not the way I see it, Ken was a cofounder he was part of CGP not just someone who just worked there, and he worked for his co, like he is doing for KAT. Ken and the CGP guys are good friends still, like every thing people move on to different things.

As for VALE I hope that they do do a JV with KAT also then I get it from both ends. CGP and KAT what better than that do anybody want. I posted this before KAT and CGP are 2 different co' and approach exploration differently. CGP will never drill a hole in any property and KAT will different model.

Why follow Ken I trust Ken for reasons I will not go into on this form. There are many other properties that ken looked at with CGP and they droped maybe he will pick up some more of them, with money CGP already spent on them and Ken knowing about them, I think he is smart for doing that, get free info that he already knows about so he can work to expand the resource, smart thinking:)wouldn,t you say.

As for the properties they have now everything on the surface is good it was good for other co's also. But some people hype it up to much, we don't know what is there until they drill, if they hit perfect I hope they do very much so but if they don't, to me so be it we try somewhere else.

The thing is this, Ken is honest and trustworthy and to me when you got a CEO who is trustworthy and tries his best and it don’t work out, at least it wasn’t a scam. Then you have Jack another honest and trustworthy man I known him also for a number of years, his style is different than Ken, more by the book. As for Tim he always worked with Ken in most everything, another good worker. These are good people, not scammer, so if the properties don't work out it will be because of the properties and not because KAT tried to scam anyone.
I hope the do hit pay dirt big time, $$$$$$$$
I don't know if I answered any of your questions hope I did.

Re: ID Supermoney post# 54949 Post # of 98397
Why would it nothing changed CGP got drill results and a history with VALE. The agreement is if you read carefully is a standard agreement- CGP is allowing VALE to work there property to see if they want to go into business together looks like it 60/40 split. Nothing here would increase the PPS now if they decide to put a working plan in force then SP will rise, because then it will mean something.

Not right sure yet but the rumor has it VALE will drill CGP properties this summer. VALE can move the agreement along as fast as they want, but can't go below what is written.
If they drill then IMO this would be better if KATX would hold off with any agreement with any co. on there property..? Why if it is the same belt then anything VALE would find on CGP property would only increase KATS property if they are the same belt.

ID love your post good info, i,m not to familiar with us rules

Yup I understand how you feel I used to feel that way years ago, but now I don't if make profit good if I don't not so good but it will be my choice, not someones elses.

By the way I'm one of the longs also I don't think you let me down. And I made money here months ago and not sure but I might be longest holder here.
Cheers

I am thinking there must be a strategic reason for wanting the handcamp property on a uplisted exchange right now... can't wait to see the details... also if KATX and Stead can so easily buy an otcbb and put a property in it then...what is to stop them from doing it again with the copper properties or the whole rest of the properties and uplisting the rest of KATX that way? pretty cool stuff, in less than 6 weeks Ken Stead bought a shell, put a great property in it and I fully expect to be updated on how he will be putting those BVIG shares in the hands of KATX shareholders soon.

Just think we have all been speculating that VALE wants a JV with KATX on the copper properties but now we have the strong possibility that a JV in IMMINENT on the GOLD Handcamp property as well! For all we know the drilling they did back in the early part of the year. (in secret?) could have been enough to satisfy the needs of a big JV partner! Could be an incredible JUNE here in KATX land!!!

from warant:
"Just for a note I spoke to some friends in NEWF last night and they tell me that drilling will start on June 21** and also that a deal with VALE is in place. Now this is only hear say but I believe my friend.”
**Warant got the drilling correct to the day.

Re: warant post# 53448 Post # of 98397
Warant, on pink sheets there is very little reporting needed, however of course VALE is not pink sheets it's fully reporting. BUT... there is no reason why an intent to sign a JV deal based upon a certain event occuring could not be already there. There's usually ways around these things and in this case I believe one way around it would be to intend to sign a JV but to hold off from actually signing it until the right moment. My belief is that the right moment is nearly upon us.

I don't want to get into any arguments on this board not here for that, a lot of things posted here are not wrong but pp are trying to put a spin on them.
I will give a little info on some things without getting too exact as to conversations with whom or when. First of all was not on all of KATS properties as I am no longer in NEWF and they have new properties. I was always in contact with Ken over the years. The properties that VALE is interested in is all the Bonavista area even beyond. Cornerstone, Noranda and others over the years visited these properties, and they all think that their is a major copper resource somewhere, but they need time and money to find it.

Those properties around Bonavista area, Me, Ken,other friends of Ken, would fish in the Lakes in the area and Ken would talk about what is here and what is there; you know buddy talk. One of those friends I talked to a few days ago,had a conversation with a group from VALE, down doing some work on the agreements they signed with CGP, and they like what they saw, but man this copper belt goes for miles and it is a layered deposit. If I remember correctly Ken said that this belt went for hundred of miles; up and then down like a snake, low grade but high tonnage.( this conversation was years ago). Ken always knew that their was copper there so did anyone else you go in the country side to fish or pick berries you could see sign's of it every where.

Another time I remember we were looking over a map for where we we going to go trouting on the weekend and Ken pointed out a stream on the map in the area; Ken said I panned that stream one time looking for sign's of gold all I got was a pan full of copper. LOL we all laugh and said he should get some and make some spinners for trouting.
Vale is looking for copper and they are JV every thing in the area to try and find it.

Re: None Post # of 3840
Here are some picture on the type of claim that VALE is looking at
these pictures are pictures Ken took when he worked with CGP. Ken believed and other geo.. that this deposit went for hundreds of miles, even out under the ocean.
Also notice how the resource goes from the edge of the water to surface this contiues for miles all through out the Bonavista peninsula, so it is a big job to find it. Not pumping any other co, just showing what everybody is trying to find including KAT

Bob

Tim and I did all the investigating of these areas when we were with Cornerstone and found all the old copper showings. We were looking for Sedimentary hosted Red bed stratiform copper deposits but this area did not fit that model and got only a brief walk through about 6 years ago. Most of the exploration took place many miles to the south of this area and to the north of the Lucky properties where Tim and I made the first copper discoveries on the Bonavista peninsula.

We are looking at a very different type deposit model in the new claims area and have discovered some very significant copper showings. We feel this is a most exciting area that warrants an extensive exploration program.

All the drilling by Noranda on the Bonavista peninsula took place on our discovery far north of the Lucky property on the other side of the bay, and six holes were drilled there by Noranda. One hole was attempted to be drilled on the South Lucky in late December of 2004 but the drill rig had too many problems and Noranda sent the crew home and abandoned the project in the middle of a heavy winter storm and Xmas on top of them. We’re glad they did.
