Monica, I believe you are mistaken. That is not the mandate from THJMW of what the Examiner is to do. I suggest you read the transcripts of what THJMW said the Examiner is to do, and also the actual filing where the Examiner was ordered and appointed, and the subsequent filing by the Examiner on their work plan.
