No. Most brokers probably accept out to four decimals online. Some folks said they were able to enter orders out further when they asked their broker directly to do it.

Hey, I don't think it's fair either that we see rounded data. IMO the problem is a technology one not some huge conspiracy. There wasn't much consideration for subpennies when the software we use was designed. It's like Y2K where programmers used two digits for the year and didn't bother to consider what would happen when 2000 arrived because it was so far away. In this case, they didn't take into account daily trading volumes for an individual stock would reach so high or that trades would go out more than four decimals.
