This BOD change in my opinion is to strengthen Virtra as we grow. Honestly, If this company is in growth mode and forming alliances with much larger defense companies I think it could be possible for us to add a couple more BOD members. Those future BOD members very well could be from the likes of LMT,L-3 or someone with knowlwdge in this space to help grow the company.

This is pure speculation.
