CARB is behind AB 32.

This is purely speculation...if CARB approves Savi's EO, I sense CARB may perhaps be using Savi as an example to push their AB 32 initiatives. This is just my opinion...I could be absolutely wrong on this...I hope not though.

Setting poltical issue aside, the failure of Prop 23 would be to SVMI's benefit.
