ADSX News upcoming:
"Applied Digital Solutions (ADSX: news, chart, profile) jumped more than 21 percent on heavy volume. The Palm Beach, Fla., firm has received a ruling on its VeriChip subdermal device from the Food and Drug Administration. The FDA said the VeriChip is not a regulated medical device "for security, financial, and personal identification/safety applications," but it is a regulated medical device for health information applications. The company plans to outline its sales, marketing, and distribution plans for VeriChip in the next several days."
