"Does anyone know for a fact that, after final arguments have been filed, the combatants have requested a delay in a panel's decision, and such request was granted?"

I've called the ICC to get an answer to this question, without success.

Although a "Yes" would not mean they did so in our case, it would add another level of confidence to an IDCC award, and also to your belief that an extension was granted.
