A reverse split on 4,000,000,000 AS,at 2000 to 1 would be 2,000,000 post split.So that would seem to be not enough liquidity.So if it was 10 to 1 reverse split it would be 400,000,000 shares.That would bring it to a low float and enough liquidity. so hopefully it wont be any higher than 10 for 1 split.
Dont like it but what can we do.
