well i guess jarta will not answer, im not a lawyer nor do i play one on a message board, but if i was i would wonder why we have a new T/A and why everyone meaning every shareholder will reg. with the new t/a. now why would they do all that just to have the shareholders reg there shares then take them away ?? i don;t think so, but then again what do i know
