Mediation would be the only logical move when you know your defense sucks. It should be game over for Sam Lee. He does not want this to go to trial. Therefore, its time for Xtend Medical to get the assets that they purchased. Hopefully in a few weeks or so we will only be concerned about the Bio Harp manufacturing, sales, clinical testing, and then one day "FDA Approval". I think they call this the happy ending. LOL.
