It's old news in that the company knows Daic is interfering with the company and is suing him for it. This particular example comprises approx .0001% of the interferences Daic has caused, potentially in the 10's of billions.

Your inferences that the company does not know about these things is simply insulting. This "consequence" you consider to be NEW is not new, it has been going on for years and has been reported to the shareholders as well as Mr. Daic.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
