this is old news? look at the logo they used, from drago's web site, is everyone dense?, note how she has no explaination as to why the stock suddenly went up (she even says it), the most obvious conclusion is that clearly she was decived by drago's listing of court documents and drew the eronious consclusion that there were no court documents that could provide an explaination.

if you called the analyst on this she would have to reply that she made the worng conclusion base on the misleading information provided by drago daic's unauthroized web site. An ex parte action against hotstocked would likely be a no response win verifying the default position (that is calypso's) worse case scenario she provides a declairaton that she believes the site was authentic and up to date.

the NEWS HERE IS THAT FINALLY THE COMPANY HAS AN EXAMPLE OF A CONSEQUENCE OF DRAGO INCOMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY REQUESTS and a case for damages, anyone that denies that this is an important example should step down as co moderator and not post on this board any more.

the company needs examples of damage, anyone that says anything different should not be on the message board representing the company
