You are quite wrong. The date the trial was supposed to start is cancelled. The court statement goes on to say that it will be rescheduled.

Here is the order:

ORDER AMENDING 260 Revised Scheduling Order. The dates for pre-trial conference, calendar call, and trial are cancelled and shall be reset by separate order. Defendant Lynch's 440 Motion Regarding Attendance at Pretrial Conference and the Petitions for Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Testificandum 441 443 are denied as moot.
