Nonsense. Even the most organized, well run companies that trade on the pink sheets could have the exact same or similar problem ENTI had, which was missing something minor from a filing that took place years ago, thus causing delays in their petitioning for current status. To say differently only speaks to a lack of knowledge of current rules and regs and how they affect pink sheet companies.
