Of course it matters. Anyone with any experience at all with filing for current status or getting the CE label removed knows it matters. To say it doesn't, denies the reality facing pink sheet companies that are trying to get current status with pink sheets.

-It doesn't matter, because any legitimate and properly run company should not have a problem filing the correct paperwork/information to full-fill the requirements. So there are no EXCUSES lol


The SEC has been cracking down on pinkies in particular, making it much harder for pinkies to become current. New rules and regs make it much harder to get current for any pink sheet company no matter how many times you say it doesn't.

-That's nice, but your forgetting the fact that other pinkies have ful-filled the requirements and have remained current on pink-sheets. So if Enti is a well run, legitimate company. There should be no issues.

Information is now asked for that could date back as much as 7 years. ENTI proves the point, and is an excellent example of how not possessing even minor paperwork asked for, perhaps just one minor item missing, from a filing years ago, can hold a company up.

-Thank you, you just confirmed my point. They did not send in the proper paperwork/information they were asked for. Otherwise a failed attempt/mistake/error.


From what the CEO said in the interview, I am confident ENTI will get the CE removed and will become current with pink sheets. Just takes much more time than some who do not know how the process works, think it will.

-Just because Tony or management has said something, Doesn't make it true. We have learned that from the past. For example his other company SREH .0001 no bid continues to be a caveat emptor. And he supposedly filed to have it removed in JUNE! So until I see it, I dont believe it!
