The Chinese government must have a clear idea: to put the Chinese industry in the first place all the privileges and concessions. Any other big multinational or foreign company will be seen as strange. The Party elite has the power of deciding what is economically in China. China - no one can deny this is a world leader, protects its industry, is essential in a state that controls everything. Innotrek is China's national industry. The state has money in Innotrek. Innotrek I think is a winning horse. Ínnotrek get many privileges within the People's Republic of China.
