I was going to say the same thing...$400k REVENUE, not profit. Profit margin was estimated to be ~25% a while ago (unsure of accuracy).

So...

$400,000 x 25% = $100,000 profit / 23M shares = $0.0043 EPS

$0.0043 x PE of 10-20 = $0.043 - $0.086 PPS.

Based on only the $400k in catalog sales...the PPS is appropriate.
