The reason he has to dilute is because he is an idiot who is not clever enough to do other things and save use share holders. If he was smart he would of given IHGP a good hard run or two and given share holders a chance to get out and they would probably follow him to dilute again and again but he is not even smart enough to think ahead like that. The guy lacks any good quality you would like to see in a ceo. Yates brings nothing to the table. Hes not clever, crafty, resourceful, smart, intelligent, hard working etc. He brings nothing to the table for us share holders except lies about NO r/s. The only thing that would of saved us is a new Ceo who could of been clever enough to get results for long time IHGP share holders to allow us to exit the position.
