Yates never promised not to Reverse Split IHGP again. Certainly you have the documentation of this "promise".

On the flipside, he can definitely bring a lawsuit against you for saying those things about him in a public forum.

It is amazing that people can buy stock in a company based on absolutely nothing then complain when it does not work out.
