Some of us might have felt our hearts leap in our chest at the thought of Lanza being gone, but wait... he hasn't been COB for years! He still runs the place with his one share of preferred stock!

Felons, convicted of securities fraud, are not allowed to direct or serve in a "C" capacity at a publicly held company, but none of that matters to Joe, he is above any law (and technically, is not on the board, nor serving in a C-spot)

So long as Lanza's fingerprints are all over this stock, in my opinion, BDGR will never get (even halfway) to th' moon! lol
