Confirmed Information:

1. FARMINGTON, AR--(Marketwire - 09/21/10) - Highline Technical Innovations, Inc., (Pinksheets:HLNT - News), majority shareholder of HOSS Motor Sports, is pleased to announce a completed joint venture with Dong Feng Motors, to manufacture and sell the HOSS line of UTVs. HTI is scheduled to receive the first shipment of UTVs from Dong Feng Motors in the first quarter of 2011

Pending Contracts/Deals/Information:

1. The joint ventures for our Supplemental Fuel System from Highline Hybrids and the third venture to refurbish automotive components are still under way with Dong Feng Motors

2. Currently in the process of providing OTC Pinksheets the necessary paperwork to bring the company status to the top tier "current information."

3. Arkansas Green Grant (worth about another $600K to start)

4. USDA farming subsid program (hard to quantify-- that one could be a the MONSTER greatest potential saver/application in cost, fuel, equipment preservation & applications--- irrig pumps, machinery, et. al. & I am sure DF will work this angle in China)

5. Over 20 US Distr & growing

6. Fleet Trials (multi-mill $ deals coming to a close--- not necessarily including municipalities, police, gov't, etc)
