Depends really, here's my take:

Arkansas Green Grant (worth about another $600K to start)
USDA farming subsid program (hard to quantify-- that one could be a the MONSTER greatest potential saver/application in cost, fuel, equipment preservation & applications--- irrig pumps, machinery, et. al. & I am sure DF will work this angle in China)
Over 20 US Distr & growing
Fleet Trials (multi-mill $ deals coming to a close--- not necessarily including municipalities, police, gov't, etc)
New deals (like "Anything RV" & others we don't yet know about)

AND, DF, who could be putting together a 100-225Mill$ deal E-A-S-Y. Think about the agri-biz, China's EXPLODING middle class (we haven't even gotten to India yet, all of whom will be buying cars...greatest single reoccurring car expense--- FUEL---), China's massively aggressive Green Initiative, who DF is & what they do in the market,...re-read the PR, DF in my opinion, has already announced they will be signing a JV with HLNT on the manufacture of the Wildcat units,...

There is so much meat on these bones, synergies to be had, & money to be made it is ridiculous. I think the MC should be ~ 200Mill by Christmas with DF on board & a smallish/conservative multiple.

That is roughly 10X where we are now, pps ~ $.11

Easy to say, still work to be done; but the technology, market, players, management, & even hints in PR's suggest that is PRECISELY where we are HEADED imho (do ur own DD). AND, that is why I keep adding, EVEN HERE!! (been doing it since the 0008's)

This is still a short-term ten bagger in my opinion! Bought about 1.6Mill yesterday just below $.01 with ~800,000shares @ $.0107 & will keep buying profit-takers shares today too!!! jmho fwiw
