It isn't about the envelope and the stamp. I am just curious as to why they need this form when my brokerage already has it. I have never had to fill out a form like this for any dividend before. I don't see how it could have to do with share count because they get that information from the brokerage anyway. I have already sent an email asking why the information is needed...and I will gladly send it if there is a reason they cannot get the information from my broker.
