Hi Jack and Ken, Re: XP, Vista and W7...............
I've installed and run Newport on XP and Vista and it works okay on both. XP will run my ancient Lotus 123 for Windows, but Vista won't.
I have a new W7 machine to replace an aging XP based and very slow computer. I'll make an attempt to install Newport and see what happens. That new computer is a "home" one that I never intended to be used with Newport, etc, but more as an internet and email machine for the family.
If Newport works, I'll post a note. The guy who sold me the machine told me it probably won't run older 32 bit software, so I'm not optimistic.
