CJ, hi, the stock that the blowhard ben lurkin was pumping is rallying, that is clyw.pk, a recent court document stated they they stayed a motion in the fedral patent trial because they were in talks w/ tmobile to settle (you have to read the message board to find the document they may not have sticky posted it--they need a new hotshot moderator), the motion was unopposed by tmobile--this may mean a settlement is immenent (not sure about the time frame here) but this would be huge, it looks like the market senses this as they have broken a 2 and 1/2 year high (approxy) and now are over 25% the mendoza buyout price of 4 and 1/2 cents when shareholders
float is well locked up by longs imho and most are looking for much higher from what is being posted
risky yes but looks at the least to be a good flip
