Heck I do not even know what a restricted share is and I cannot understand SEC filings. I only know why I bought CYBL. The futures of LED's and Cyberlux shine brightly on the horizon. I am not worried about my investment at all so I am buying and holding. I honestly hope I did not frighten anyone by my post. I am in greed mode at the moment and I know no fear.
