Sadie i just spoke to him and I went through the same round of questions. Told him I was introduced to them through Skymark but I had initially contacted Skymark.

Mike also was on the same page that it seemed to be quite the coincidence that Luniel Debeer acquired TSHO from The elder Kirk and that he was also the largest shareholder for the other company that Skymark promoted.

He asked a bunch of questions about Skymark and not so many on Tradeshow. Only thing on Tradeshow was to see if I had ever spoke to anyone at TSHO which I haven't.

This is very legitimate. They will not provide any details on the investigation. Make your own decisions and choices. Good luck to you all and I suggest you call this gentleman so that you may honestly state that you are an investor and you can speak your concerns.

James Malone I suggest you call this gentleman as well so that you may clear your name because I am sure your name has been brought up to the SEC.
