IHGP(D) - Of there are truly only 19,937 outstanding shares of common stock post reverse split, someone is in a heap of trouble! That would meant here are millions upon millions of shares sold to retail customers and held as IOU's in their accounts. Millions and millions of shares of stock never issued by the company to be sold in the first place.

Looking forward to clarification and/or an update from company to confirm.
