contracts signed and escrow amounts have been put up by Fidelity,
in case deal falls thru..by July 15th 2011..
Contract is actually with Paramount Development..
they build WMT.s, Kohls, Lowes, etc.

go between realtor let it slip that a Murphy Oil was going to be on main corner intersection..so that's why we fig WMT..
