"If you listed the lawsuits filed by IDCC in the past 10 years" - we need to count arbitration and either party filing as litigation, so we have LU, Nec, Samsung, Nok, Federal, Appeal of Nok intervention, 2G UK suit, 3G suit, and others?

It takes two to have a legal dispute and arbitration is certainly litigation of a dispute. IDCC management has had a lot of legal disputes recently.

Or, another way to look at it is IDCC has failed to reach business compromises in many, many cases. And, from what we read on this board, there is alot of disappointment in the legal rulings or outcomes in many of these disputes.
