Great post! I enjoyed meeting you and many of the other people that came for an honest SHM. PQ could of just fed us full of prime rib and chicken. I felt he was very up front and honest with us all. He could of gave us the BS of the tonnage and no one would of even raised a eyebrow. For me that means alot! Adding more when I can. One other problem the GM talked bout was the water swelling the mica 47% and plugging the pumps which they also solved. All and all I think we have a great team. Grades will go up and so will the tons. Then we get to the Mountain!!! Joe
