He seems totally on the up and up from what I can gather.

This, you gather from him not telling you anything?

There are many things he could tell you if he wanted to that would not be disclosure of non public info.

Maybe the board could come to agreement on one important bit of information that could be requested of him. Like, is InoHealth AABB accreditted to do testing?
