Have found NO mention of "cululative director" voting in the Corporation/BOD section of the Colorado statutes.
The Article V(5) language has been in the by-laws since the incorporation of Valley View Ventures 5/12/1986.
Got a case of MEGO here.
Any idea where Fair State Regs. might be located in the laws?
The by-laws were revised 12/2009, so the cumulative voting exclusion should have been removed if not allowed.
