in an ideal world...that's all fine and practical...

these same MM's have driven major blue chip companies into the ground by naked shorting them into oblivion...if it was as easy as issuing a cash dividend to get them to cover...a lot of companies would be using this avenue as the FLD plays are not the only ones who are being naked shorted heavily.
