Last trade 63,910 @ $2.58 @ 4pm (precisely!)

How do they manage to trade such a large quantity absolutely at the close? Is this an earlier trade only reported at the end of the day?

We've seen it quite often recently. I really would appreciate thoughts from those who are more savez (that won't take much!) than me.
