your intelligence is showing. these options are granted at 4cents. the people who receive them and exercise them cannot, i repeat CANNOT make any money on them unless the pps is over 4cents and then they only make the amount over 4cents. of course if the price drops they lose nothing since they simply won't exercise them.

now if the company had granted these options at a discount off the current pps, it would be a $$$ giveaway. however the options plan will not allow(i believe) them to be struck at a discount from current pps to prevent that sort of thing.

as i said your intelligence is showing, it's just nothing to be proud of.
