She wants confrimation trials. This is why she told TPS that "others may want to ride your coattails" she is going to approve the DS, unless something is given to her to make her reconsider.

TPS is trying to get her to understand the implications of the GSA. She is basically wanting all issues to go to confirmation trial.. Also in retrospect the Debtors might not have enough votes to win confirmation.

Susman knows what they are doing. TPS Attorney's know what they are doing. DS will be approved and it will create an amazing buying opportunity for the stocks.
