From all that has been gathered included testimony, information by the smartest folks both on Ihub and the Y that I have ever seen, it defenitely has "premeditated crime against an institution and equity holders" but until those facts convince the Good Judge(s)and maybe a trial, they are alledged only, agree?

Most of us want the truth and justice to prevail but with the amount of power we are up against especially when our own government seems to be siding with the wrong folks, I can only hope we get a good settlement. As for justice, no way, that will come when the Risen Lord along with our Holy Father judges us all and justice will be his.

As I have said before, we only need a few good folks to do their jobs and that includes the Examiner and the Good Judge so I say to all, pray for them for we need them protected from evil so they can do the right thing.

This is truly a case of Good vs. evil along with this whole economy where I believe was set up years ago using the mind set to get most all to go into debt by easy money and boy most of us bought into this, agree? Having talked to so many who now have nothing left in life but the shoes on their feet, makes me ask, what happen? Was it NAFTA? Was it our own glutney? Was it policy?

I have a brother who declared BK back in the mid 05's(I think) and shortly after that they changed the BK laws and I knew that was pre-planned as folks saw what was coming down the pike and got their ducks in a row for what most are in now, trouble.

On and on this can go so all in my opinion and speculating with hopes of a better life for all who have been hurt,
